Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at flat $7.95. Express (1–3 business days) and international rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the shears aren't right for you, return them unused in original packaging for a full refund (minus return shipping). Used shears can be exchanged for a different model within 14 days.

Yes. Every Fusheart pair includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Damage from misuse, dropping, or improper sharpening is not covered.

Yes — lifetime free blade sharpening for the original purchaser. Ship your shears to us, we sharpen and return them within 5–7 business days. Customer covers shipping both ways. Email jacky@fukasho.com for the sharpening address.

1. Wipe after every cut — use a soft microfiber cloth to remove hair and moisture
2. Oil weekly — apply 1 drop of shear oil to the pivot point, open and close 10 times
3. Check tension monthly — shears should close slowly when held vertically; adjust the tension screw if needed
4. Never use on dry/wet hair only — follow your cutting style preference, but rinse if you cut chemically-treated hair
5. Store in the included case — never loose in a drawer

A working professional cutting daily should sharpen every 6–9 months. Signs you need sharpening: hair folding instead of cutting cleanly, pushing/dragging sensation, or visible damage to the edge. Remember — Fusheart sharpening is free for life.
