Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fusheart. We want every customer to feel confident when choosing professional barber shears.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Used shears, damaged items caused by misuse, customized products, final-sale items, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the product name, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
